For customers in the United States we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards for payment, as well as bank wire transfers, Paypal, postal money orders, Western Union, or personal checks (we must wait about 2 weeks for the checks to clear before shipping the item.) If paying with a credit card please call or email us with your payment information at info@oliviasvintage.com.

Our guitars are usually packed the same business day that we receive payment. We take the utmost care when packing our guitars and basses to assure that they arrive safely. We detune all guitars so that there is no tension on the neck, then the guitar is packed inside the case so that it does not move during shipment. After the guitar is safely packaged inside the case we wrap the case with several layers of half-inch tall bubble wrap. After the guitar is wrapped it is placed into one of our custom-made double-walled cardboard boxes of the appropriate size. We then use packing peanuts or packing paper to fill any negative space in the box so that the guitar is secured with several inches of padding and does not move around. This way, even if the guitar is mishandled during shipment, it will arrive safe and sound.

Our guitars are usually shipped the same business day that we receive payment. :Most of our guitars are shipped UPS, and items are always fully insured. If you would like a guitar shipped with FedEx or USPS, please let us know and we can accommodate your needs. Because of insurance the price of shipping will vary, so please email us for an exact shipping quote. Shipping for most guitars will be around $50.

If you are shipped a guitar or bass in the winter time or whenever it is very cold, please wait 24 hours before opening the box and allow the guitar enough time for it to reach room temperature. When there is a drastic change in temperature the guitar's finish is susceptible to cracking.

We gladly ship to all countries in the world and appreciate our many international customers. We prefer shipping with UPS Worldwide Expedited for their great tracking but can use USPS Express or Priority International as well. Of course, shipping prices as well as restrictions vary from country to country, so please email us for a quote. Please also be aware that when the guitar arrives you will be responsible for all customs fees.

We guarantee the authenticity of all of our guitars and basses. We also guarantee that the guitar or bass will be everything we say it is.

We gladly offer all of our customers a 48 hours inspection period after the guitar or bass arrives to allow verification of authenticity.

If you feel that we have misrepresented anything, please contact us within 48 hours, and ship the guitar back to us. After we receive the guitar and it is in the same condition as when it was sold, we will give you a full refund minus the shipping charges.
