1966 Fender Mustang stripped natural body with poor refinish
1966 Fender Mustang that used to be red, and the body was sanded down, then very poorly lacquered by a previous owner. It's a terrible lacquer job, and they even got lacquer on the pickguard, control cavity plate, and tremolo plate. The good news is that the neck was left alone, and is original with original finish, decal, tuners, and frets. It is straight, and the guitar plays nicely. The pickups and the pots are also original, and all of the electronics function properly and sound great. All parts on the guitar are original except for the pickguard screws, control cavity screws, and strap buttons. Comes with a non-original hardshell case and a reissue tremolo arm. It is structurally sound with no cracks, breaks, or repairs.
