1979 Rickenbacker 481 SLANT FRET Walnut
1979 Rickenbacker 481 Slant Fret in its original Walnut finish. It has a great playing neck with worn, but good frets. Some of the heavier played areas of the fretboard under the D string are worn through the finish between the 3rd and 9th frets. It's all original and 100% complete along with its original hardshell case. This 481 looks great with some nicks + dings, a couple of small chips in the finish around the neck pocket and other cosmetic wear including a small crack in the upper corner of the pickguard. There is some very slight seam separation along the treble side of the fretboard just below the nut, but not enough to affect anything. The guitar itself remains structurally sound with no cracks, breaks or repairs. All electronics work and sound great.
