1981 Gibson RD Artist Natural
1981 Gibson RD Artist in its original Natural finish. It has a great playing neck with good frets. It's all original with the exception of the strap buttons. A non-original hardshell case is included and has one broken hinge on the bottom edge. The screw for the upper strap button had broken off inside the guitar and was extracted before the hole was filled with a hardwood dowel where the new strap button is now installed. This RD Artist is in very good condition with one small chip in the wood on the upper treble side corner of the headstock, some very minor nicks + dings, very light belt buckle wear and other cosmetic wear. The guitar itself remains structurally sound. All electronics work and sound great with its factory onboard Moog active electronics which provides both Compression and Expansion effects.
